H Sevdaliza στο Βερολίνο στις 28 Σεπτεμβρίου για το Red Bull Music Festival 2018
Η Sevdaliza είναι μια τραγουδίστρια και τραγουδοποιός, η οποία έκανε την εμφάνιση της το 2014 με το single "Backseat Love" από το ΕP "Suspended Kid" που κυκλοφόρησε το 2015. Στη συνέχεια, κυκλοφόρησε το 2017 το πρώτο ολοκληρωμένο άλμπουμ της "Ison" και το 2018 το "The Calling".
Γεννημένη στην Τεχεράνη και μεγαλωμένη στο Ρότερνταμ, η Sevdaliza πριν ασχοληθεί με την μουσική, έπαιζε μπάσκετ στην εθνική ομάδα νέων της Ολλανδίας και σπούδασε Επικοινωνία.
Οι επιρροές της ξεκινούν απο Portishead, Björk, Janet Jackson αλλά και James Blake και Little Dragon.
Την είδαμε τον περασμένο Ιούνιο στο Primavera Sound (διαβάστε εδώ) και τον Ιούλιο στο Melt Festival και πραγματικά το show της μας άφησε άφωνους.
Είμαστε σίγουροι οτι το ίδιο θα κάνει και στις 28 Σεπτεμβρίου στο όμορφο θέατρο στην Volksbühne στο Βερολίνο για το Red Bull Music Festival 2018. Eν αναμονή λοιπόν!

Red Bull Music Festival presents the premiere of a new show by Netherlands-based avant-pop singer and producer Sevdaliza. The RBMA alum’s most recent EP, The Calling, a follow-up to her debut album ISON on her own label Twisted Elegance, gained accolades for its sultry, pared-back electronic soundscapes and emotionally raw lyrics. Sevdaliza immerses herself in every element of her work, directing her own music videos and designing the sets for her performances. For this show, she’ll use the storied Volksbühne theater as a laboratory, combining fractured frequencies with acoustic elements, and collaborating with a highly acclaimed choreographer to present her vision of an alternative heart-led reality.
